About Us

Joseph F. Bell

Trainer and CFO

​

Mr. Bell is a solid financial professional and manager with 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked in consumer banking, commercial banking, trust services and the mortgage industry.

​

Mr. Bell also has extensive experience in leadership development, having completed several courses of study with corporate leadership development programs, formal management training in the private sector as well as completing formal leadership development courses with the Boy Scouts of America, including the advanced courses of Wood Badge and Seabadge. Mr. Bell is an avid outdoorsman and has been a life-long volunteer member of the Boy Scouts of America.  He is an Eagle Scout (1978) and is a recipient of the BSA’s prestigious Medal of Merit for successful actions taken in saving of a life.

Mr. Bell's sense of accuracy, attention to detail, practical leadership abilities, training, and warm and easygoing style make him a valuable asset to Threshold Leadership Development Corporation.

Shannon Gentile

Personal Assistant to the CEO

​

As personal assistant  to the CEO, Shannon handles much of the daily communications with clients, vendors, staff and others. She is responsible for assisting in the many meetings that take place as the company reaches out to others, including note taking, agenda preparation, peripheral materials, and room set up.

​

Shannon has served in ministry for many years and has a heart for  serving others. She brings this heart to her role as Personal Assistant, and expresses it in her kind, caring, warm and friendly personality.

​

Shannon is here to make your experience with Threshold Leadership Development Corporation an enjoyable and memorable one, and we are pleased to have her on board.

Joseph J. Morrison, Jr.

Founder, Trainer & CEO

​

Mr. Morrison has had a distinguished career starting with the Boy Scouts of America where he served for eleven years. Mr. Morrison honed his leadership skills as Executive Director of Interfaith Housing Development Corporation of Bucks County, then as  Deputy Director, Administration and Finance for Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County. where was responsible for all fundraising strategy and implementation for a $10 million housing development project that gained national recognition. Today, Mr Morrison directs Threshold Leadership Development Corporation as it's founder and chief executive officer, with a mission to equip people everywhere to live a life of purpose, passion and power.


Over the years. Mr. Morrison has held numerous leadership positions in the community, 
is a natural leader, and has been refined by formal training and practical experience, including being commissioned from the National Executive Institute and the Boy Scouts of America adult leader Woodbadge Training. He brings all of this to bear as the head of Threshold Leadership Development Corporation.

Blake Gentile

Training Intern

​ 

Blake's internship is a form of experiential learning that integrates knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development in a professional setting. As Training Intern, Blake will learn how to keep training materials up to date, use IT to produce training materials and manuals, and manage and organize all training materials of the company.

​

Ultimately, he will also learn how to design, develop and lead training programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs, work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization and then implement, appraise and evaulate the training programs of Threshold Leadership Development Corporation.
