A Leadership Excursion is not a typical leadership development program. It is a unique blend of adventure, discussion, and practice that transforms people, helping them to do more, and become more, than they ever thought they could do or be.

It is also a time of refreshment and relaxation - a time to reflect and renew. No other training has quite the same combination of both quiet time and activity. No other training helps you step across the leadership Threshold in quite the same way!

1, 3 and 5 Day Leadership Excursions

3 - Day Excursion

The three day experience includes the following:

• Leadership Training –Instructors with over 55 years combined experience
• Training Materials – all materials discussed or presented in written form
• 3 Nights Lodging

Facilities

All our Leadership Excursions are held at Spruce Lake Christian Retreat, Held in the beautiful Pocono Mountains in Northeast, PA.

Spruce Lake features a Christian retreat and conference center, summer camps, Bible-based educational ministries, family-friendly experiences and lots of outdoor adventures and activities. God’s presence can be felt here through the beauty of nature, with mover 800 acres of woodlands, waterfalls and mountain streams to explore, all offering refreshment for body and soul.
